Modera expands it’s reach on Norwegian market

Nasdaq Tallinn-listed Estonian automotive software company Modera has signed an agreement with a global car manufacturer, which will result in growing its customer base in the Norwegian market.

“Today we can say that the investments have been fruitful and a major deal has been closed – we’ve signed a large-scale agreement with a global car manufacturer in Norway,” noted Janek Prümmel, member of the Modera board.

“Entering the Norwegian market required a long preparation process, during which we adapted our software to meet local requirements. Modera’s solution will soon be adopted by the official importer and all brand dealers,” added Prümmel.

Prümmel added that at the request of the car manufacturer, the name of the car manufacturer is not being disclosed at the moment, but it will definitely be announced in the coming autumn.

“Entering new markets always has its challenges, but with the support of great partners, we’ve been able to successfully localize our product in several Nordic markets. With car companies looking for efficiency, we’re seeing a constant increase in interest in our integrated products,” he stated.

Automotive software company Modera offers a technological platform that connects car manufacturers, importers, dealers and customers. This allows companies to digitize car sales and track the entire process from factory to customer. The number of cars sold through Modera’s platform reached 144,000 cars in 2025, with a total transaction value of 6.64 billion.
