Viking Motors’ clients no longer needed to call or email the dealership as all their test drive bookings could be easily done directly on the website. The tool allows website visitors to choose their preferred vehicle, decide the location for the test drive, and pick a time slot best suited for their schedule. On top of that, Viking Motors benefitted from a more efficient customer service as their representatives no longer needed to spend time answering emails and calls to figure out the best times or rescheduling bookings. All the test drives were now easily managed online on a dealership dashboard offering a detailed overview of bookings.
Combining solutions for optimal results
As mentioned, Viking Motors decided to, once again, partner with Modera after having benefited from their solutions in the past. On top of using Modera Webfront for their Kia brand, they’ve also implemented Modera’s Sales and CRM tool Salesfront. This allowed Viking Motors to connect the online test drive bookings calendar with the existing system so all the bookings land on a dealership dashboard, thus decreasing tedious manual work related to booking management.

The Online Test Drive Booking tool also wasn’t Modera’s first online booking solution implemented by Viking Motors. The car dealer also enjoys the ease from Modera’s Online Service Booking solution as well as Online Trade-in request tool.
