The innovative system will transform the traditional vehicle sales process through intelligent automation, creating a seamless experience from initial lead capture down to final delivery. The goal of the AI-based sales assistant is to replace those parts of the car sales process that currently take up unnecessary time for a human sales representative. The solution addresses every stage of the customer journey, including conversing with clients, nurturing leads, managing bookings, contracts, vehicle handover, etc. The specialized AI modules are designed to increase efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
For a dealer, the benefit of the AI-based sales assistant is the thorough data analysis carried out throughout the customer journey. The system checks the data for every incoming inquiry, adjusting the tone of voice, offers, and sales approach accordingly. The AI agent dashboard provides a complete overview of each communication and where each lead is positioned in the sales pipeline.
The innovative solution also includes a Test Drive Management module which will take care of appointment booking, data collection, agreement handling, and communication with the client. This will help eliminate tedious paperwork while ensuring both customers and dealership staff are fully prepared for each test drive experience.
On top of that, the system also analyses data to help manage stock effectively via its Stock and Inventory Management module. It’ll provide an overview of which vehicles are currently in-demand, give suggestions to maintain optimal inventory turnover, and proactively propose targeted promotions for specific models or configurations to balance inventory. You’ll even receive early warnings about potential overstock situations to prevent carrying costs.
The system’s Outbound Sales module creates new sales opportunities thanks to a thorough data analysis and customer segmentation. The AI-based solution identifies promising segments crafting personalized campaigns with time or event-based offers. You’ll be able to choose whether these targeted initiatives are fully automated or forwarded to your sales agents to add a personal touch.
The total cost of the project is 608,180 euros, of which Modera AS’s self-financing is a minimum of 334,499 euros and the grant is a maximum of 273,681 euros.
