Software Support Specialist – Swedish language (located in Estonia)

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of Support/Helpdesk board and troubleshooting of issues reported by our Swedish customers
  • Communication with customers (in Swedish)
  • Communication with development team

Skills, knowledge and experience required

  • Good written and spoken Swedish and English languages (good enough for communication with the customers and the team)
  • Work experience in end-customer support of IT products/services
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Stress resistance
  • Good communication / soft skills
  • Wish to learn and grow

For this role, the following skills are of extra value

  • Experience of using Jira (Service Desk)
  • Working at an automotive dealership
