Responsibilities
- Monitoring of Support/Helpdesk board and troubleshooting of issues reported by our Swedish customers
- Communication with customers (in Swedish)
- Communication with development team
Skills, knowledge and experience required
- Good written and spoken Swedish and English languages (good enough for communication with the customers and the team)
- Work experience in end-customer support of IT products/services
- Sense of responsibility
- Stress resistance
- Good communication / soft skills
- Wish to learn and grow
