Business Development Manager – Nordic Region

Location:  Remote and Tallinn

Modera has developed a cloud-based solution that will improve customer experience, reduce distribution costs in the network, and enable better ways to deal and interact with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Nordic region, identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position Modera as a leader in automotive sales software
  • Drive market penetration for Modera’s SaaS solutions across the region, focusing on dealership networks, OEMs, and other automotive stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Nordic region, identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position Modera as a leader in automotive sales software
  • Drive market penetration for Modera’s SaaS solutions across the region, focusing on dealership networks, OEMs, and other automotive stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners in the automotive sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and translating their business requirements into effective SaaS solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer support.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with automotive dealerships, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress against business goals.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the automotive and tech industries to drive business growth and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific campaigns and initiatives that generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Modera’s SaaS platform and automotive sales solutions, enabling you to effectively communicate product value to clients.
  • Provide feedback from the market to product development teams, ensuring that Modera’s offerings meet the evolving needs of automotive customers in the Nordic region.
